Michigan???

OK. We moved. We are now living in a cool inexpensive spot in downtown..Grand Rapids, Michigan.

I always wanted to live downtown..but…Who moves to Michigan? Who moves to Michigan during winter during record snow? Apparently we do! We are sleeping on the floor…

and somehow the movers are confused on dates and times so we have no furniture yet….

and it’s cold as a witch’s tit, but Grand Rapids doesn’t seem so bad.

The buildings are beautiful and the people are nice. This is part of the country I never thought I would see let alone live in, but so far, not so bad. Although I miss the big city of Seattle, I am looking forward to whatever lies ahead and I can’t really complain…Chicago is just 2 1/2 hours away!!!
